Rental Guarantee Terms & Conditions
OUR PROPERTY PROS TERMS & CONDITIONS
If we cannot find you a Tennent within 3 weeks of going to market, we will give you, your first 3 months management fees for FREE. A tenant souring fee of two weeks rent is applicable for finding a tenant and subject to you using our nominated leasing company which charges 10% of the rental value per month. Should you wish to source your own tenant or use a different rental company, then this clause is waived. Please note these costs and fees are subject to change and we have the right to change / amend them without prior warning.
Flight Package Terms and Conditions
FOR TURNKEY INVESTMENT PROPERTY PURCHASERS
All investment properties purchased include a return flight to Perth for one person from anywhere within Australia, plus 2 night’s accommodation at a minimum 4* venue, up to a maximum value of $2,000.
If clients wish to use these flights prior to purchasing an investment property, then these must be paid for direct by the client and will be discounted off your purchase price. If you have already purchased an investment property from The Property Pros direct, during this promotion period, then these flights will be paid for by The Property Pros.
Flights & accommodation must be booked and arranged prior to key handover. If this promotion is not applied for and used by the time key handover occurs, then this promotion is forfeited. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion. and is subject to change. This promotion can be removed or withdrawn at any time without written notice.
